Tyora Moody is an author, entrepreneur, graphic designer, and an all-around encourager with a deep love for God. Her debut novel, When Rain Falls, will be released March 2012 (Urban Christian/Kensington). This is the first book in the Victory Gospel series.Tyora writes romantic suspense and cozy mysteries. She is a member of Sisters in Crime and American Christian Fiction Writers. Her short story, Birthing Pains, in the anthology, Home Again: Stories of Restored Relationships was her first published work of fiction.
She owns and operates Tywebbin Creations LLC, a design and marketing company. Her company's niche is assisting authors with branding and developing an online presence.
As an avid bookworm, she manages two book blogs, WrittenVoicesBlog.com and ChristianBookwormReviews.com. Tyora has served as a judge for the Christy Awards.
When Tyora isn't working for a client or doing something literary, she enjoys spending time with family, catching a movie on the big screen, traveling and when the mood hits her, baking cookies.

The Review
Tyora did a great job writing her debut novel. The main character, Candace Johnson could be heard and felt throughout the story. Anyone who may be angry with God and has lost faith really needs to read this book. Have you ever felt like giving up? Do you feel that God’s love and grace isn’t sufficient enough? When Rain Falls is the book for you. When Rain Falls isn't preachy but inspirational. It's not sex-filled but romantic. It's filled with lots of emotion and suspense. Even through tragedy, God’s love still prevails. Does Candace finally open up her heart and let God in or does she allow the bitterness to control her life? Will she uncover more than she bargains for while she searches for answers to who murdered her best friend? You will have to read When Rain Falls to find out. Bring on Book 2, the 1st one gets four thumbs up!!
